This trail is a mellow out-and-back with a steady, manageable incline—great for chatting, snapping pics, or just enjoying a peaceful walk in the woods. Wide paths make it easy to hike side-by-side.
You’ll pass a few offshoots with views of the brook trickling downhill. Right before the trail peaks, look for a wooden sign and take a right. The path curves gently and leads to the waterfall.

The Falls💦
Lye Brook Falls is the tallest waterfall in Vermont at 125ft-and yup, she delivers! The best view is actually from a higher vantage point. Look for a narrow path to the left and follow it up to get closer to the action. The trees arch over the water, giving you a forest fairytale vibe.
